Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the current oversight release.
